Why Chimi?

Chimichurri is such a staple to our family dinners. It seems like everytime we are together it tends to be to eat and if that is happening it is almost always around the grill. Whether it is steak, chicken, sausages or a combo of the three, you can usually expect we are doing some sort of "churrasco." Our chimichurri is not your traditional chimi you may have experienced in the past. Ours is a unquie combo of cilantro and garlic to give you the most amazing compliment to any grilled food. We are sharing out our family recipe because everyone that has come to enjoy it always raves that it should be made available to everyone so here it is! We hope you enjoy.
